In addition, our architectural design team seeks to make your dream a constructible reality, so we work directly with builders and suppliers to reduce the amount of errors, questions, change orders, and RFI’s on all of our projects. DESIGN
No project is out of our range of structural expertise! Partnering with the best engineering professionals for the job, our team can make any design a reality (within the laws of nature!). From steel to concrete to timber, we will make sure that your project stands strong, meets local building codes, and is efficient. In addition to lateral, gravity, and seismic analysis, our structural design associates offer steel shop drawing review, concrete mix design review, and on-site inspection services.

Led by David Fischer-Militaru, our landscape design team expertly meshes nature with architecture. Having an unmatched love of botany and horticulture, we go to great lengths to research and understand the setting, and to select the best plants for your project. Our team performs all aspects of landscape design, from space planning and programming to design of hardscape, water features, organic edible gardens, meditation gardens, and drainage swales, to selection and placement of trees, shrubs, groundcover, landscape lighting, and irrigation. We seek to make our clients’ vision a reality by providing a team of dedicated botanists and horticulturalists, who not only understand aesthetic design, but also are highly knowledgeable in plant science!

MODELING
Taking our designs and bringing them to digital life is none other than our top notch 3D modeling team, led by Michael Schinn! Using the very latest technology on the market, the 3D team transforms our architectural and landscape designs into high-definition models, allowing our clients to fully envision their project and make critical finish selections, as well as design revisions, before breaking ground. Enabling our clients to see their designs in 3D allows us to significantly reduce change orders during construction, saving time and money. And, of course, you’ll make all of your friends jealous when you show them renderings of your stunning design!
INSPECTIONS
At the Global Standard Design Group, each and every one of our projects is given the fullest care and attention to detail, with the goal of 100% project success in mind. Concept leads to design, which opens the door to engineering, which leads us to construction: the next logical step for Global Standard to assist in quality assurance. Combining our decades of experience with our inherent knowledge of the project design, we can best assure continued success in the construction phase by regularly inspecting the project and reporting back to the owner. As the owner, you will have peace of mind knowing that you have eyes and ears on the ground at your project, receiving a multi-page digital report highlighting progress to-date, upcoming events, potential delays or issues, and plenty of photographs and videos of the progress.
